Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Utilize various channels to identify and contact potential leads, building a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Client Engagement: Conduct needs analysis calls and presentations to demonstrate our products/services and address client concerns effectively.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and long-term loyalty.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and customer information within our CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Attitude: A resilient, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and basic software applications; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we value attitude and coachability over experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work a standard full-time schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends if necessary.
