- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build rapport with decision-makers and present tailored solutions to their needs.
- Close sales over the phone and email, managing the entire sales cycle from lead to close.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure retention and drive repeat business.
- Utilize CRM software to track progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to optimize sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Present product demonstrations and handle objections professionally.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Document all interactions and customer data in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team development workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional tone.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with client needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new sales methodologies.
