Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads via phone and email.
- Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Consult with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
