As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, driving revenue growth by connecting with local businesses and delivering tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads within the San Diego local market to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, and product demonstrations during evening hours to secure new contracts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Identify client needs and present tailored sales proposals to drive product adoption.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on local sales strategies and territory management.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel within the region.
- Ability to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
