Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify potential clients through various channels and qualify leads based on company criteria.
- Client Communication: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to build relationships and discuss client needs.
- Presentation & Demonstration: Present product demonstrations and explain complex solutions to prospective customers in a clear, compelling manner.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect and customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over past experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone voice.
