Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and email to introduce our services.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine how our products can solve client problems.
- Close deals and secure contracts in a high-volume sales environment.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and update the CRM system daily.
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
- Strong work ethic and a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a strong asset.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
