Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
- Present tailored solutions using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Close deals and maintain client relationships
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team for lead generation
- Document activities in CRM and attend weekly training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years sales/customer service experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation
- Proficiency with CRM software (training provided)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Self-driven with competitive mindset
