Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted outbound calls and digital prospecting
- Qualify leads using BANT framework and CRM pipeline management
- Present product solutions to 15-20 qualified prospects daily
- Collaborate with marketing on lead-nurturing campaigns
- Exceed quarterly sales targets with 100%+ achievement rate
- Document interactions in Salesforce with 98% data accuracy
- Participate in daily team huddles and monthly training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (0-2 years)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot/Salesforce/Outreach tools
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of SaaS sales methodologies
- Valid US work authorization
