Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Build strong relationships with potential clients via phone and email
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all client interactions in CRM system accurately
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Participate in weekly sales training and development sessions
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with technology (CRM software, MS Office)
