Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels to generate new business opportunities
- Build rapport with potential clients through consultative selling techniques and needs-based conversations
- Present product solutions tailored to client requirements while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and track lead conversion metrics
- Meet/exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic pipeline management and follow-up protocols
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales methodology workshops
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong time management with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejections
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
