Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build rapport with C-level executives to understand pain points and solution fit
- Present product demos and negotiate win-win deals using value-based selling
- Exceed monthly KPIs for pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead nurturing sequences
- Document interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and continuous skills development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/customer service experience
- 0-2 years in sales, BDR, or client-facing roles
- Exceptional communication skills with active listening abilities
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Office
- Resilience to handle rejection and thrive in target-driven environments
- Time management skills to balance multi-channel outreach activities
