Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multi-channel prospecting including phone, email, and CRM outreach
- Develop deep product knowledge to consultatively match solutions with client needs
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to close using Salesforce.com
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in CRM system
- Participate in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and product expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales experience or recent graduates welcome
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
