Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and generate leads for our local El Paso market.
- Visit clients in-person during evening hours to present products and services.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and maintain a database of qualified leads and customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (B2B or Outside Sales preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and high commission targets.
- Reside within or willing to travel within the El Paso, TX area.
