Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct cold calls and emails to introduce products/services and qualify prospects.
- Present product demonstrations and handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and marketing department to optimize strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on persuasion and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in the [Insert Industry, e.g., SaaS, Telecommunications] sector is a major plus.
