Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics in Salesforce
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in weekly sales training and development workshops
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience (internships welcome)
- Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet targets
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls daily
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
