Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate value propositions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions and manage pipelines
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales methodologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
