Responsibilities
- Proactively contact qualified leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Conduct needs assessments to match solutions with client requirements
- Manage full sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for call volume and conversion rates
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
