Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and overcome objections
- Collaborate with senior sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Track all interactions and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in ongoing product and sales methodology training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or relevant experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated with competitive drive and resilience
