Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Present product solutions to key decision-makers via virtual demos
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using Salesforce CRM
- Document all interactions and pipeline data accurately
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales or customer experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's a plus)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a bonus)
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection constructively
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
