Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our company's products/services to prospective clients in a consultative manner.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
