Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for enterprise clients
- Build and maintain client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for call volume and appointments set
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
- 0-2 years in sales/customer-facing roles
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection constructively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
