Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets using our CRM system and data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all client interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training and team performance reviews
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling objections
- Results-driven mindset with proven goal achievement history
- Valid work authorization for full-time employment in the US
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends
