Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM tools
- Build and maintain client relationships through consultative selling
- Present product solutions aligned with customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years sales/customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
