Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to generate new leads within the New York and Georgia markets.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and networking events to identify key decision-makers.
- Build, nurture, and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure consistent revenue flow.
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to clients to address their specific business needs.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts that align with company margins and growth targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine value propositions and optimize sales messaging.
- Travel within the territory to meet clients and attend industry networking events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Valid Driverβs License and a reliable vehicle for local travel within NY and GA territories.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
