Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calling and email campaigns to identify and qualify potential leads in the DC and NC areas.
- Demo & Present: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our premium solutions.
- Closing Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to negotiate contracts and close new business deals on weekends.
- Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high retention rates and upselling opportunities.
- Market Expansion: Contribute to the growth strategy for the North Carolina territory, identifying key verticals and decision-makers.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, tracking all interactions and pipeline stages.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or commission-based sales roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with some flexibility for evening calls.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
- Drive: High level of motivation to earn uncapped income; comfortable with rejection.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
