The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating our products, and closing deals. We value hustle and integrity above all else.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in navigating our product lines and identifying solutions to their needs.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to drive sales and increase average order value.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a CRM database to ensure no opportunity is lost.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a hunger to earn high commissions.
- Attitude: Positive, resilient, and willing to learn.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift boxes up to 25lbs, and move around the sales floor freely.
