Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Product Presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for local travel.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, independent, and results-oriented work ethic.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
