Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new sales leads through outbound calling and digital outreach strategies.
- Identify and assess the needs of prospective clients to match them with our premium products/services.
- Present product demonstrations and overcome objections to close sales over the phone.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales scripts and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for quarterly bonus payouts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (shift times vary but typically 4 PM - 1 AM or similar).
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a strong asset.
