Location: Charlotte, NC (with coverage extending into Georgia markets).
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and in-person field visits to generate new leads in the Charlotte and Georgia areas.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients, effectively handling objections and closing sales.
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, activities, and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop effective strategies for territory expansion.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, direct sales, or account management.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) as required by the shift schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
