Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads through strategic cold calling and networking
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with high-value prospects
- Develop customized solutions to meet client needs
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently
- Maintain detailed CRM records and pipeline analytics
- Collaborate with day team for seamless client handoffs
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Expertise in B2B solution selling methodologies
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
