Responsibilities
- Engage with incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on high-volume conversion.
- Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product displays are organized and appealing.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations during shift handovers.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and sales scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail operations.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet environment while maintaining high energy levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
