Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Product Presentation: Clearly communicate product features and benefits to potential clients, ensuring a deep understanding of our offerings.
- Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales over the phone, consistently meeting daily and weekly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Customer Relations: Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
- Market Analysis: Research and identify new market opportunities and competitor activities to help improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We provide full training.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
