Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new business leads through cold outreach, networking events, and digital channels
- Develop deep understanding of our SaaS solutions to articulate value propositions to C-suite executives
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral
- Track and report sales activities using Salesforce CRM while maintaining accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine pitching techniques and objection handling
- Contribute to team goals while exceeding individual monthly and quarterly targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with natural ability to build rapport
- Unwavering resilience and curiosity to master complex products and industries
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce training provided) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings across metro Detroit
