Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight strategies using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging market opportunities
- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and disruptive innovations
- Design and implement strategic pilots for high-potential 2026 technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning (e.g., APF, CPS)
