Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation framework, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead market research and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and opportunities
- Drive incubation of new ventures and partnerships in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Present strategic roadmaps and investment recommendations to the executive board
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through compelling ROI projections
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech ventures or transformational programs
- Expertise in forecasting market trends and technological disruptions
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICF) highly desirable
