- Develop and execute 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning initiatives for post-2025 market disruptions
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and implement quantitative/qualitative future-state modeling systems
- Drive organizational culture transformation through future-ready innovation practices
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and investors with data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
