- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate industry shifts
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate next-gen startups
- Present strategic insights to executive board and investor groups
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on R&D investments
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotechnology
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (MBA/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
