Responsibilities

- Author white papers and scenario models for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and innovation catalysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or scenario planning
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced data modeling and visualization capabilities
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Research or similar preferred
