- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, IoT, Quantum Computing) to deliver next-gen solutions
- Secure $50M+ annual innovation budget through strategic stakeholder alignment
- Establish partnerships with Fortune 500 clients for co-creation initiatives
- Drive market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab with PhD-level talent
- Present quarterly progress to Board of Directors and investor syndicates
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record launching products generating $500M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, Blockchain, AR/VR, or Biotech
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., INSEAD, Wharton) or MBA from top 20 school
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or TechCrunch
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin/Japanese for APAC markets
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 10 to 100+ members
