- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term sustainability goals
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
- Manage relationships with leading think tanks and academic research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate planning
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis
- Proven track record translating future insights into business strategy
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, AnyLogic)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technology disruption
- Experience with cross-cultural strategic planning in global markets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., CFSD preferred)
