Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech) and develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients anticipating 2026 market disruptions
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on exponential technology adoption curves
- Design ethical governance protocols for AI and biotechnology deployment in 2026 landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions using generative AI and synthetic biology
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and government innovation councils
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 8+ years strategic foresight experience
- Published portfolio predicting major tech/societal shifts (2018-2023 validation required)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Track record advising C-suite on 2020-2025 technology disruption strategies
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategy
- Experience with generative AI tools (GPT-4, Claude, MidJourney) for scenario simulation
