Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts by 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios and strategic roadmaps
- Analyze global trends, regulatory shifts, and socioeconomic indicators affecting tech adoption
- Produce high-impact strategic whitepapers and executive briefings for stakeholders
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D hubs
- Quantify future market opportunities and competitive landscapes through data analytics
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a future-oriented culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (portfolio required)
