Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic foresight roadmaps targeting 2026 market landscapes
- Analyze disruptive technologies, regulatory shifts, and consumer behavior patterns
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive leadership teams
- Produce trend intelligence reports with data-driven predictive modeling
- Design innovation pipelines for 2026 product/service ecosystems
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Integrate future-state insights into annual strategic planning cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Planning, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency with futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
