You'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to develop 2026 roadmaps, identifying disruptive technologies and behavioral shifts before they hit mainstream consciousness. Our ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, synthesizes complex data into actionable insights, and communicates future scenarios with compelling narratives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports with quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients facing 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technologies and societal shifts
- Build predictive models for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Advocate for future-ready organizational cultures and talent strategies
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Maintain proprietary database of 200+ emerging signals and early-stage innovations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of accurate long-term trend prediction (2018-2023 validation required)
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-convergence, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of published future scenarios adopted by enterprise clients
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Global network of innovation leaders and domain experts
