Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for market entry and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, marketing, and product teams
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on future business landscapes
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and consumer behaviors
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate next-generation startups for strategic acquisition
- Present foresight findings to board members and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
