Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives aligned with company vision
- Conduct comprehensive foresight research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate market disruptions and competitive shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused innovations into product development
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Drive organizational culture change to embed future-readiness principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/business implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Outstanding communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR) strongly preferred
