- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and societal shifts with global impact
- Design quantitative forecasting models for market evolution and competitive disruption
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions and business models
- Establish KPIs for long-term strategic objectives and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, bioinformatics)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or MBA with specialization
- Certification in Futures Research Methodology (FRM) preferred
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Proficiency in strategic planning software (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Cognito)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
