Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for emerging markets
- Partner with AI/ML teams to integrate predictive analytics into strategic decision frameworks
- Present futurist insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote speeches, and media engagements
- Oversee competitive intelligence initiatives to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Mentor a high-performance team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, Web3.0)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
