Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology convergence (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Develop client-specific innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation plans
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Drive M&A scouting and partnership development for emerging opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps (2018-2023)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Published thought leadership in HBR, MIT Tech Review, or similar
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and data visualization platforms
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
