Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in future-focused innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services in tech sector
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) strongly preferred
- Experience scaling agile methodologies across enterprise environments
